Quebec choking on debt, health-care costs, Conference Board study says

The Quebec government is not pleased at being singled out in a stinging Conference Board of Canada study as the province where the fiscal alarm bells are clanging the loudest.

All of the provinces face major challenges in the coming years getting their fiscal houses in order, but none more so than Quebec, says the new study.
